These rules apply to prompts, uploads and outputs. Use only material you have the right to use and obtain consent from people whose likeness you upload when required.

Content we do not allow

• Sexual, pornographic or other NSFW content, including sexualized depictions without consent.
• Any child sexual abuse or exploitation material, including synthetic or fictional depictions.
• Graphic violence, gore, or content encouraging violent wrongdoing or self-harm.
• Hate, harassment or dehumanizing content targeting people or protected groups.
• Deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, non-consensual intimate images, or misleading use of a public figure’s likeness.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, unauthorized use of protected content, or misleading brand affiliation.
• Fraud, unlawful activity, misleading political manipulation, or attempts to bypass safety checks and account limits.

Checks and enforcement

Prompts, reference images and generated images undergo automated safety checks. We also maintain versioned prompt-blocking rules and keep screening and review records. Outputs are not released to your library until the required checks pass. A check can reject a lawful request or miss a prohibited one; it does not grant permission to use an image.

We may investigate reports, block tasks, remove access to content or restrict accounts for violations. A confirmed blocked generation returns the reserved credits. Do not repeatedly reformulate prohibited requests or create replacement accounts to bypass a restriction.

Report a problem or appeal

Email support@remixframe.com with “Safety report” or “Safety appeal”, the relevant task ID and a short explanation. Do not email illegal imagery. Reports are reviewed by the operator, and decisions may be reconsidered where a check was mistaken.
