Help us find the right record

Email us from the address on your account and include the image task or purchase reference, if available. Explain what happened and what you expected. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or full payment card details.

Safety reports and appeals

Use “Safety report” or “Safety appeal” in the subject. Include the task ID and the reason for your report. Do not attach illegal images; describe the issue so we can investigate the relevant record.

Privacy and deletion requests

Use “Privacy request” in the subject to request access, correction, export or permanent deletion of your account data. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.
