This notice explains how Yi Ding, the operator of RemixFrame, handles information when you use the service. Contact support@remixframe.com about privacy or your data.
Information we handle
We store your account identifier and email, credit activity, purchase references, prompts, reference photos, generated images, task status, safety verdicts and any manual review records. If you sign in with Google, our authentication service receives the identity information Google shares for that login. We use your verified email to identify your account; we do not request access to your Gmail messages or Google Drive.
Hosting and service providers also process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and error records for delivery, security and troubleshooting. Support messages are received and forwarded to the operator’s private support mailbox, including any attachments you send.
Why we use it
We process information to authenticate you, create and store your images, manage credits and purchases, deliver essential emails, prevent abuse and answer requests. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these purposes rely on providing the requested service, meeting legal obligations and legitimate interests in security and support. We do not enable advertising trackers or product analytics on this studio.
Services that process information
Supabase provides authentication, database and private image storage. Vercel hosts the site. Waffo Pancake screens prompts and processes payments when live checkout is enabled; we do not store full payment card details. fal.ai and the underlying image provider process prompts and reference images to generate results, and fal.ai processes images for safety checks. Resend delivers account emails and receives support emails, which are forwarded to the operator’s Google-hosted mailbox.
These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries, and by the operator in China. Do not upload confidential or sensitive material you are not authorized to share with these services. RemixFrame does not train its own AI models on your uploads; this does not make a promise about provider retention or training practices.
Private storage and temporary links
Images are private to your account and delivered through temporary signed links. Anyone who obtains an unexpired link can access that image. Downloaded or externally shared copies are outside the private library’s controls.
Cookies and local drafts
Sign-in uses an essential, host-only authentication cookie. Recent drafts and prepared photos can remain in your browser for up to one hour of inactivity, checked when you return; expired local photos are removed on the next draft save. Signing out clears this tab’s draft. Where a free experience is offered, an essential browser cookie may last up to 180 days; protected email and browser identifiers help limit repeat claims.
Retention and your choices
We retain account content while providing your account and library. Moving an image to Trash hides it from the main library; it does not permanently erase it. Request permanent deletion or account closure by emailing support@remixframe.com. We may retain transaction, fraud-prevention or dispute records where needed to meet legal obligations or resolve a claim; backups and provider copies may follow separate retention schedules.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete or object to processing of your information, and to complain to a relevant data-protection authority. We verify ownership before disclosing or deleting account information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Age and updates
The service is for adults aged 18 or over. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We will update this notice when our practices change and display the revised date here.
