Terms of service.

These terms apply to RemixFrame at remixframe.com, operated by Yi Ding, an individual based in China. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the acceptable-use policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
Accounts and the service
Keep your sign-in access secure and provide accurate information. RemixFrame creates AI-generated still images from prompts and optional reference photos, with a private library and downloads. Availability and results can vary; do not rely on the service as the only copy of your work.
Credits, prices and delivery
Current packs are $9 for 400 credits and $29 for 1,500 credits, in USD, as one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Any applicable tax and the final total are shown at checkout. Current image styles cost 10 credits for one image. New templates or models may have different costs, which will be shown before you submit.
Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake. Credits are delivered to the purchasing account after payment confirmation. They are service usage units, not money, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except under our refund policy or applicable law. Purchased credits currently have no scheduled expiry. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the corresponding credits are removed; an outstanding balance may restrict further use.
Generation and retries
We reserve the displayed credits when a generation is accepted. Creating another version after a successful result uses credits again. A confirmed generation failure or safety rejection returns the reservation. An uncertain provider response may keep credits reserved while the original task is checked, rather than submitting another paid task automatically. Contact support with the task ID if it remains unresolved.
Your content and AI limitations
You keep the rights you have in your inputs. You authorize us and our service providers to process them to provide and secure the service. Only upload content you have the right and any required consent to use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use; we do not guarantee accuracy, uniqueness, copyright protection or freedom from third-party rights. Commercial use requires your own assessment of the input rights, generated content and applicable provider terms.
Current generation uses Google’s Nano Banana 2 through fal.ai. RemixFrame is independent of Google. AI may alter identity, text, composition or details and can produce similar results for different people. Do not use it for consequential medical, legal or other professional decisions.
Safety and access restrictions
Follow our acceptable-use policy. We may block content or restrict access to protect users, enforce these terms or respond to legal requirements. Automated checks are imperfect; contact support to request review. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every prohibited result will be detected.
Free experiences and test environments
A free experience exists only when explicitly offered in your account. It is limited to one person and browser, eligible styles and the displayed attempt limits; it has no cash value. Test-environment credits and purchases are separate from the live service and do not transfer. A test payment does not purchase live credits.
Refunds, closure and changes
Our refund policy provides a 14-day refund window for entirely unused purchased packs. You can request account closure through support. Changes to prices apply to future purchases or generations, with the applicable cost shown before you proceed. If we discontinue the service, contact us about unused purchased credits. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
For disputes or service requests, first contact support@remixframe.com so we can investigate. Applicable mandatory law and any legally required consumer protections continue to apply. Material changes to these terms will be identified on this page.
