One-time packs, with a 14-day window for an unused purchase.

Entirely unused packs

Within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund of a credit pack if all credits in that pack remain unused. Email support@remixframe.com from your account email with the purchase reference. We verify the purchase and credit activity before processing the request.

After credits have been used

Once any credits in the pack have been used, the whole pack is normally not refundable. AI results can vary; disliking a completed result does not automatically return credits. This does not limit mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.

Payment and technical problems

Contact us about duplicate charges, a payment with missing credits or a system failure. We investigate these separately and correct the balance or payment as appropriate. A confirmed failed or safety-blocked generation returns its reserved credits; this is a credit adjustment rather than a refund to your payment method.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back through the payment provider to the original payment method. The associated credits are removed. Processing and bank posting times vary; we will confirm when the refund request has been processed. Never send full card details or sign-in codes to support.

Test payments and free experiences

Test payments do not take real money and cannot receive a cash refund. Free or promotional credits have no cash value.
